Research Use Only

All products sold by Protopep are strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Due to the specialized nature of research peptides and strict storage requirements, we have specific return and refund policies in place.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: Products that arrive damaged or compromised during shipping
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or variant
  • Quality Issues: Products that do not meet our stated purity standards (with valid Certificate of Analysis)
  • Unopened Products: Unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or reconstituted peptides
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Custom or special-order items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos if the product is damaged or defective
  4. Wait for return authorization (RMA) number before shipping back
  5. Ship the product back in its original packaging with cold packs if required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or variant, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. For other exchanges, please contact us to discuss options. Standard shipping fees may apply.

Quality Guarantee

All our peptides are manufactured to ≥99% purity and come with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us with your batch number and we will investigate immediately.
